5 cl PITÚ
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Maracuja
12 cl Tonic Water
2 tsp brown cane sugar
1 mint branch
Cut the lime into eighths and put it into a PITÚ glass with the mint and the cane sugar. Crush it vigorously with a PITÚ pestle. Add crushed ice, Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Maracuja, Tonic Water and PITÚ and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish: Add a sprig of mint to the drink and decorate with carambola cocktail cherry and pineapple pieces.
