5 cl PITÚ
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Limette
2 cl Freshly squeezed lime juice
10 cl Bitter Lemon
10 Peppermint leaves
Put the peppermint leaves into a PITÚ-glass and add the Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Limette. Crush using a PITÚ-pestle. Put the crushed ice and remaining ingredients into the glass and stir well with a bar spoon. Drop the sprig of peppermint into the glass for decoration.
