INGREDIENTS

5 cl PITÚ
2 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup passion fruit
4 cl Mineral water
1/2 Lemon
10-15 Peppermint leaves

 

PREPARATION

Dice the lemon, put the lemon pieces and peppermint leaves into a PITÚ-glass and crush using a PITÚ pestle. Add the crushed ice, Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup passion fruit and PITÚ. Top up with mineral water and stir with a bar spoon. Drop the sprig of peppermint into the glass for decoration.
