Hot PITÚcuja

INGREDIENTS

5 cl PITÚ
2-3 tsp cane sugar
1 lime
3 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup passion fruit
125 ml hot water
1-2 pieces star anise

 

PREPARATION

Divide lime into eighth and add to the original PITÚ glass.
Squeeze with the PITÚ muddler and add 2-3 teaspoons cane sugar.

Heat up about 1/8 l water with 3 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup passion fruit and 1-2 pieces star anise. When the mixture is hot, add 5 cl PITÚ and pour the hot mixture into the glass. Stir well.
